About Me.

My name is Emmy Barcelo and I am based out of Denver, Colorado. I am a seasoned digital paid media professional who values quality, transparency, innovation and impact above all else. I have a track record of delivering measurable results and developing and implementing effective paid media strategies that generate real outcomes.

Over my career I have managed over $20 million of digital advertising campaigns across 100+ political races, issues and clients. As the Head of Paid Marketing at Courier Newsroom, I led the development and execution of a full-funnel paid marketing strategy that resulted in a groundbreaking 400% YoY increase in audience growth across 8 distinct news properties. At Lockwood Strategy, I helped build a full service digital advertising department by implementing the processes, norms, tools, and templates that enabled our small team to run over $50MM of high impact, complex multi-channel ad programs across hundreds of races and issue areas. 

Beyond digital advertising, I am a strategic thinker who can identify complex issues and develop effective solutions to them. I am also a team player who can build and lead successful teams, while working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to achieve ambitious goals. 

I started EB Strategies in 2022 to help clients across a range of business issues. To date, I have brought digital advertising in-house as a new service at a number of agencies and have executed 15+ successful campaigns across a vast range of clients.
